Whenever I use "Copy Entities" in a sketch feature, and I use the "From / To" option, I expect the object I am placing to create a Coincident relation to the spot that I click on (usually a vertex or something).  SolidWorks does not seem to want to apply this relation, even though it will show the Coincident symbol in yellow when I hover over the spot I want to click.

Is there perhaps a setting I can change to make this work, or maybe some kind of workaround?  I know I can Control + Drag to copy and it will create the relations as intended, but this method is a bit more tedious than simply clicking each spot.
