ePDM 2013 Client Installation on Windows 10

    John Tonks

Has anyone installed the 2013 ePDM client on a new computer with Windows 10 installed.

I get this message ( see below) which looks like ePDM is trying to update files for the applications listed.

My worry is that the applications listed have been installed (in a corporate environment) recently and ePDM which is 3 years old is trying to update some shared files.

If the shared files are recent versions, I am worried that the "old" client installation may actually back grade the files.

I also got this message on a new box with Win 7 on it.

The message shown is different to any I have seen before where it says that you need to close applications and reboot.

Am I worrying about nothing or is it a real concern.

Any experience from anyone who has come across this would be most helpful
