But then received this error message:
"Archive server could not open windows registry"
Then this was the solution, found in this post
Is this an add-in you downloaded? If so, it is likely that you just need to right-click on the .dll file and select "Unblock". Many times the issue with this error message is just simply a downloaded .dll file needs to be unblocked in order to allow it to run properly.

DPS Germany has public Add-In to add folder to Windows Favorites, but I assume that this is not a tool which you are looking for?
