I am a self taught SW user. I just signed up for the Customer Portal, activated my account, logged in and can't get past the :
"Please click  Button for the pop-up window and then click the [Required Field] to select the version you would like to register."
I get the error:
" We cannot register your product at this time due to an error in the registration process. Please contact Customer Center to resolve this issue. (SBL-EXL-00151)"
The pop-up shows up and disappears/closes in less than half a second - before I can even see or do anything with it.
This behavior happens in ALL browsers (Chrome, IE, Firefox), and on any/all machines I have available to me.
This is a new machine with ONLY Windows and web-browsers on it. There is no anti-virus yet, so that can not possibly be the issue.
Please contact the company (VAR) from where you/your company has purchased SOLIDWORKS and they can certainly help you in resolving the issue.
