Hi there! I am new in this product. Can I find anywhere medium and high voltage component libraries? How to save them? How can I switch from 2D schematic to 3D CAD mode? The last question is: Can I work in an environment, different from a cabinet (for example a feeder cell)?
I'm not sure how in-depth you'll be getting with this software, but a switch is a switch in my world. I use the same 2D symbol for a 12V switch as I do for a 230V. If I don't have the symbol I need, I make it.
However, SWE does allow you to input things like voltage drop for wires and voltage rating for components but I've never touched any of that myself. If you want to control that then the easiest way is probably to make the symbols yourself.

For 3D components, the above suggestions are a good place to look.
For your last question the "cabinet layout" wording above is misleading - it just creates a blank assembly file, you can create whatever you want in 3D, tie it to your 2D components, and route wires. If you haven't already taken a class on this software, I highly recommend it to learn what is needed to properly set up the 2D and tie it to the 3D.
The first place I always look for component models is the actual manufacturer/supplier website. If that turns up nothing, then I go to websites like Parts Server, GrabCAD, & 3D Content Central.
