Check the EPDM administrator tool -> Client log for any SQL error messages. These should provide a starting point of what is happening when trying to update the cards. Be sure to send this information to your VAR if opening a service request with them on this issue.
The reactors table lists any add-in's that are being used in EPDM. Test removing the add-ins (or create a new vault to test with that does not have any add-in's) to see if you have the same issue.
If using a custom add-in, this might be the source of the problem.
