try to see this i just need to Trick it, Sheet metal wont flatten when rolled sheet is more than half circle
Hi Robert, I wasn't able to open your part, I am still on 2015, but I am attaching a file of mine that is 0.190 matl that is rolled and unfolds. The key is to leave a very small gap & a very small reference flat surface. Good Luck!
Robert,,, check normal cut on Cut-Extrude1 and your part will flatten (without errors).
