Would somebody share any reference where could the configurable 4 corner metric tube profiles be downloaded, preferably square and rectangular in one file?
Like this:
Rectangular structural hollow sections - HSS of EN 10219, cold formed steel rectangular sections
and this:
Square Hollow Structural Sections - HSS, EN 10219:1997 Cold Formed steel square sections

Here is how to be a master of your own destiny.
Create a new part.
Right click on Equations and select Manage Equations.
Add new Global Variables to match the dimension labels on the rectangular web page. Set their values to match the first size you want.
Create a new sketch to match the web page. Set each dimension to be = corresponding Global Variable.
Rename this configuration to match the first profile size.
Add a second configuration & name it to match the second profile size.
Edit the Global Variables and change them to match this new size.
The part will rebuild to the new size.
If you only have a few sizes, repeat this manual procedure.
But if you want to match all the web page offerings, Insert > Table > Design Table and select Auto Create.
SolidWorks will use your two configurations to determine which variables should be controlled by the Design Table DT). You can add more columns yourself. Make sure the columns are in the same order as the web page. Save the DT.
Open the DT in Excel.
Copy numbers from the rectangular web page and paste into Excel. This will add all the configurations you need.
For a square profile, set the B & H numbers the same.
To have both rectangular & square profiles in the same DT, copy all the rectangular rows and paste below . DO NOT LEAVE ANY BLANK ROWS OR COLUMNS. Change the Configuration Names. Now copy the H values into the B columns.
All done!
Bill, if I wanted to make my own configuration table, I would have done that The reason I am asking is that maybe somebody have already done that and uploaded it.
Alright, so I had to do it myself. Attached you shall find these configurable profiles for DIN in one set:
HE, IPE, IPN Beams - standard configurable files from Solidworks. No changes were made
L angle: combined equal and unequal profiles. If it starts with LE - then it is L equal, if it starts only with L - then it is unequal
Tube rectangular: I have combined equal and unequal tubes in one file, using the dimensions from this website:

None of suppliers gave me an official table for corner radiuses, so I used this one:
I found it here:

I have and experience when different suppliers make different radiuses. So, the attached version is the "Basic" profile, if you have a case where corner radiuses are truly important, you must check with your exact supplier/manufacturer and adjust the profiles accordingly
Round construction pipe - I used this table:

I almost never use round pipes, so I didn't put much attention to this table. If you use it, take a special attention.
And finally there is a UPN profile - almost a standard, but I added UPN 80 with zero upfront (it is 080). Everything else is the default configurable file from Solidworks
PS - configuration names are shown alphabetically, so in order to have them sorted correctly I had to add zeros in front of the name, in case group changes amount of digits. For example, I called L profile "L060 something* by adding zero upfront, in order to move this profile above the "L100 something", what otherwise be moved below.
If you use these files and find any mistakes, please tell me and I will update profiles and reupload it. Also, if you shall create your own additional standard profiles, please share
