We ran into a situation where during a transaction change, SolidWorks changed 3 dimension's precision from 2 decimal places to none. I was wondering if anyone else has seen this.

I've actually gotten with my VAR and it seems that in certain situations, when you multi-select (CTRL-LMB) linear dimensions, and click the "Center Dimension" button, it will truncate those selected dimensions to no decimal places.
Honestly it depends on the actions within the transaction, and well I guess it also depends on what exactly you mean by transaction.
We have had some experience with things like this changing when we had a designated computer open a drawing as part of an automated process to create and save a PDF. The Drawing was all kinds of different and it was because of the Solidworks settings on the designated computer.
Perhaps if you detail exactly your process and identify exactly when this change occurs, if possible, we can assist more acutely.
Is there any change in the 3D model? as SI standard (no "0" shown in decimal places) - 3.00 will be shown as 3
