HOLE WIZARD / TOOLBOX

Solidworks 2007 SP5.0

database setup error / unable to open master database do to the following database access error: unspecified error

So this is the error i receive when i try to see if the hole wizard is linked to the right path. The hole wizard doesn't work and when i do try and link it to the supposed correct location "C:\Program Files\SolidWorks\data\databases" which i believe references to a .mdb file for the data it uses to operate the hole wizard.

This i believe is also linked to the problem we are having with our forming tools. where these tools upon insertion cause solidworks to throw back "are you trying to make a derived part" which of course i am not, i am trying to insert the forming tool as anyone normally would do when using forming tools.

if anyone has any idea on the cause/solution to these problems please fell free to respond.

thanks,

Anton Kalisiak
