I am surprised my search for "layout sketch" and "Drawing"
didn't turn up any discussion on this.
I have done a layout sketch, and now want to show it in a drawing. It actually does show up on screen an I can dimension it. But, the layout sketch disappears when I print. My drawing dimensions show up, so I imagine I can just create a sketch and trace over the layout sketch... but this doesn't seem right.
I've tried looking in the tree for the layout sketch, to see if I could right-click it, but it is not there.
-One more thing. I just realized were regularly misbehaving on my layout sketches. Dimensions in the assembly layout sketch have double text. The value is copied slightly below and to the left of the normal position. It doesn't happen when I first open it, but very qucily it shows up and won't go away.
I am beginning to get the idea that layout sketches are not really ready for prime time. Others in my company have had similar feelings.
