On plans of buildings is required to draw trasses of cable-channels, to indicate arrangements of sensors and cabinet.
Whether there is in SWE a functionality for this task? Or everything needs to be done manually on the drawing of SolidWorks?

If you use SW Routing to create the ducts and are going to use SW Electrical to route cables based on your schematics through those ducts, then add an EW_PATH 3D sketch to the profile of your duct templates. This will allow you to define the initial routing points for your cables by simply adding your ducts to the assembly.
I'm not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for, but you can use SWE to make a 2D cabinet layout showing rails and conduit and placement of various components. I believe this can then be linked to SWE 3D to make a 3D cabinet model. You can also create line diagrams to show how cables connect panels and/or components in different locations.
Is this the kind of thing you need?
