Why in a cross reference at the relay I see not all added contacts?
Tried to change Cross Reference Type on a miscellaneous.
Now symbols began to be imposed:

It looks like that your cross reference config file is wrong or damaged. Go to the "Project" tab -> Configuration -> Cross references. On the right hand side, you see your actually used config file. If I try to open its properties, Electrical crashes. I deleted it and opened the scheme side. It looks like expected.

I think that the source of your behavior is in conjunction to the option "cross reference type" into the symbol properties. With symbol properties, I mean the properties of the contacts and not the relay symbol properties. If you need the information into the cross reference table, the contacts has to be defined as "child".
