I am attempting to model a sheet metal part with SolidWorks 2008 that includes a one inch hem on one end and then is rolled to form a cylinder. I've been able to deal with rolling the sheet by treating it as a large radius hem, but I am then unable to add the one inch hem to the end of the cylinder. I've attempted starting with both the "roll" hem and then the 1" edge hem and vise versa. I've attached the model and would appreciate any guidance anyone might have.
