Best format to download a file as from Cateri5 to SW 2014?

I have a big project that is stored on GrabCAD in CAT format. I need to open the files in SolidWorks 2014 which is what we have and then eventually use it in Fusion 360 to CNC machine the parts. Does anyone have recommendations as to what is the best format to Download the part as from Grab CAD for opening in SolidWorks?
