Direct Entry of Stiffness Matrix Elements

Is it possbile to directly enter the material stiffness matrix elements? Many vendors supply the stiffness matrix elements, and not the Poisson's ratios, and moduli. In this case, one has to go and back-calculate the moduli and ratios.

Also, why isn't there an option to enter a completely anisotropic material? There is no place to enter shear coupling factors. What about specifying the axes for which the properties are known? I am dealing with single-crystal materials that have very exotic properties.
