Just cannot flatten this part not sure why any suggestions? I also attached the original piece our break press cannot fold the full part had to break it into sections.

It flattens in SW2016... FWIW
What version of SolidWorks are these files?
Do you have to design the part that way? Could you have a flat top flange with a hole in it and four flat sides?
This is 2015 0803100 will flatten but, 08031001A will not. Also 0803100 flattens but, does not produce bend lines.
Ahhh.... The additional cut destroys the sheet metal data.
Design it as one side only with a sheet metal loft and then pattern the other three sides if the cut across the top was level.
For your part make five (or four with a mirror) separate sheet metal lofts. Dump the smaller corner radii since it will be made of flat sheets and welded. Matches manufacturing intent.
