Hello,
I'm new to this forum, so we'll see how this works.

If I download SW2008 SP 4.0, do I assume that PDM Workgroup is at SP 4.0 as well? I went to the customer portal and only saw downloads for PDMWorks Enterprise and not Workgroup.

  Hard to say Troy because our IT department does the installs. I know what you're going to say, that's my first mistake. I believe it's manual because when I go to the help area in SW2008, it's reads SP 4.0 for SW, and SP 3.1 for PDMWorks Workgroup. What's you're thoughts?

    If you are downloading manually when you get to this screen, see attachment, here is where the file is for whatever SP# you indicated to get to this screen.

      I can't seem to find the screen you attached in the customer portal. I went to select SW2008 4.0 and started to download automatically

        At the screen that SW automatically starts the download manager there is a small link at the end of the paragraph that states something like " if you are having trouble DL blah blah blah, "Click Here". This will take you to the manually download screens.
