Can't find vault

We did upgrade our SolidWorks from 2.1 to 4.0 recently and now the PDMWorks workgroup users are unable to find the vault? Is there something else that needs to be done? I am having the IT guy reboot the server just to make sure. We have never had problems like this in the past.

Correct Answer
1) stop and restart the vault service on the vault server. 2) check machine name that vault is trying to connect to. 3) verify firewall settings are not blocking required ports. 4)Check vault log to insure not errors on vault service.

  Thanks. The reboot fixed the problem. I think it might have just been coincidental.
