Edrawings not starting - but

Discussion created by Simon Collings on Sep 15, 2008
HI
I have been trying to open edrawings, and recently it has got longer & longer for it to open, and now it doesn't want to at all, but shows in the task manager that EModelViewer.exe. is trying to do something as it says its cpu usage is between 40 & 50 with a mem usage of 29000K
I just tried to reinstall edrawings as the version I had was installed when I installed SW 2008, but got the following message:
Error 1402 Could not open Key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\EDrawingOfficeAutomater.Document\DocObject
Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel

Any help on how to fix it would be appreciated as relly need to get into edrawings
Simon
