I am trying to insert a derived sketch, but it comes in mirrored to the original. How do I fix this?

From <https>https://forum.solidworks.com/forum/messageview.cfm?catid=10&threadid=7063</https> thread, I found this:

Dale Rosema wrote:

For those who didn't know this (and I don't
know if it works every time) if you pick the plane again, it will
flip the sketch 180 degrees. I figure this out by trying several
things because my sketch came in 180 rotated from where I wanted it
to be (on the other side of the centerline and mirrored). Thanks,
Dale

But either I am doing it wrong or it doesn't work for me.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Edit: I fail at HTML tags. The hyperlink is supposed to say 'this'. Too much vBulletin, I guess.
-Aaron
If you can not reorientate the face or plane that you are using to insert the sketch then try generating a new plane by sketching a line on the existing plane and using the plane and the sketch line to generate a new plane that you can rotate 0 Deg or 180 deg. You can select the sketch and redefine the sketch plane to the new one.
