Good Morning Everyone,
I am having trouble getting some ducting to flow correctly. It curves up and when it hits that point it goes kind of wonky.
I was wondering if anyone had some tips on how to get it to follow my path. I have tried lofting it and doing a sweep and nothing follows my guide curve in the right way.

There are several different options that can be set when doing the sweep or loft features. Have you tried various choices?
That's a little different twist almost a helix - not sure if I could get it today - but could you upload the sketch??
My guess would be you have a spline in the section where it looks a little strange.
can you upload your part for us to take a look at?
I've attached the file to the original post. And, yes, it is kind of helical. I created a 3d sketch and the curve shifts both up and out.

Trevor,.. I'd run a horizontal guide curve to insure it sweeps properly and gives me the segments.. so, adding a ruled surface normal to a extruded surface (the path)... (btw, if your ruled surface fails or shows wiggle, then your transition path is too tight)
