edrawings not displaying

I downloaded edrawings 2016 viewer yesterday and everything worked normally. Today when I open it up it does not display (like it's remaining minimized). I can hover over the icon in the taskbar and see a preview. When moving over the preview without a drawing opened I can maximize it and see the window mostly normal (It lacks a little bit of being maximized and it minimizes again after clicking the minimize or maximize icon), but when a drawing is opened the area where the drawing should be is transparent and the desktop is seen. Clicking on anything at this point minimizes it back out.  About the only change I've made in the last day is to change my display settings from extend to duplicate for the dual screens, but I changed it back and restarted the computer. No other program seems affected. Also I removed e drawings and reinstalled (downloaded a fresh copy from the edrawings website). Any suggesions? I'm running Windows 10 64 bit.
