*Edit: Right, so I forgot. As mentioned below, Solidworks has a parabola function already. It is in Tools>Sketch Entities...
If it is a "parabolic curve", why not just use a parabola? If you have the equation, you can use the equation to determine the location of two or three key points on the parabola and you will have your curve.
I second Roland. If you have the parabolic equation then it should be as simple as constraining the vertex and one additional point in XY.
