Hello everyone,

I am trying to use a part that I have already created as reference geometry for another part. My part has one end that is base the base profile. I want to use the same sketch as the base profile of another part (this new one will be a sweep instead of an extrude). I figured out how to import the part and create the sketch from the existing plane, but when the feature is complete, I cannot hide the origional referenced component without hiding the entire new part.

I was also able to simply copy and paste the sketch, but the sketch does not appear to be linked to the origional. I need it setup such that if I change one, both will change.

How can reference just the sketch and now show the features of the origional part I am referencing?
