Bulk move projects

Hi,

Is it possible to bulk move projects from one parent to another.I am currently moving one project at a time via the Vault admin.

No one else has this question

In the file explorer CNTR select all files you want to move. RMC any selected file and "take ownership". With the files still selected RMC any selected file again and select "change project", select a new project and click ok. Now select the all moved files or just the project, if you don't care that all files will be released within that project" then release ownership.

  When I try this only the files within the project move. I require the entire project to move. For example I have a project called P040489 that has a part and drawing. I need to move this project to a project called Pmb solids.The project called P040489 would now be a sub project in the project called Pmb Solids.

    There is a workaround for this. You will need to create a new sub directory where you want to move all the files to. The problem is that you cannot name it the same as any other directory, but that is OK. Create your new sub directory and name it whatever you want, say P040489-01, but for the project description call it P040489. Move all your files to this new sub directory. Now for all your users in their properties under the labels tab select "project description" and they will see what you intended for them to see.
