Customer Status in the SW Knowledge Base?

In the KB, the Customer Status has the following statements.

Open = Still being investigated
Implemented = A solution has been found and distributed in an SP or new version.
Closed = ???
Closed (Inactive) = ?????????

Can anyone explain the meanings?
