pipe will not rebuilt in route

I have one assembly that will not show correct configuration of pipe. Every time I open it I have to EDIT route in order to fix it.

If I work in the assembly with routes in light weight. It will do the same. Pipe will not be shown properly. It could be short. Just the way it is in my screen shot. Or it will go through the fittings and flanges. Which is not pretty to show to customer.

Anyone has explanation or experience how to deal with it?

Wonder if this is similar to the electrical routes? What I do is activate the route assembly. Then delete the route "part" file. Then edit route so it rebuilds the route. Control Q and exit the route so the new route part is saved. Try that and see if it helps.

  It helped. Dangling balloons for new pipes should be reinserted in spool drawings.

    Lana I have had this problem as well. After editing and it still happened. I would delete the route segment from reducer to flange and started over. It is faster in the long run.
