Small silly problem, I can't seem to find how to fully define a circle in a 3D sketch, or what is stopping it being fully defined. A screenshot is below.

I thought maybe the plane is not defined, so I put in a radius and fixed the radius direction. That didn't help.

Maybe it's because the circle can rotate?

I can't move the circle with my mouse like I usually can when something is undefined.
