I have a piping system which is in reality drilled, welded and tapped. I am having an issue creating the whole profile using a 3D sketch. I know I would be able to do this using separate planes at the points needed, however, if I wish to change measurements later, It would be much more difficult. Right now, I swept the outside portion, but was not able to do the branches. I have attached the drawing. Any help is appreciated.

I ended up using a structural member to do what I planned to do. I sketched and formed one side and mirrored it. It looks correct other than some open ends and the seam in the top piece. It was not able to merge. I might redo it and do one form instead of a form and mirror.
I have noticed that your file is a part file. If you are trying to achieve is like a piping arrangement through routing, I guess you should try starting a routing subassembly on a assembly file.
I don't think I have routing for piping on Solidworks Professional. I was able to do it using structural members.
I guess that is your best option since you do not have the SolidWorks Routing.
I am also not familiar with routing. My company may look into getting Premium if doing wires, pipes, and better photo rendering becomes a need. How are the tutorials and the add-in itself?
You can find online tutorials, like in youtube. Also, your VAR may have some classes to get you started.
