When installing SolidWorks onto my machine the following error occurs and prevents installation:

The MSI file C:\<blah blah blah>\swwi\data\English_i386_SolidWorks.Msi did not install successfully.
Code=1603; Command line string: INSTALLDIR="C:\Program Files\SolidWorks\SolidWorks\"
ADDLOCAL=PhotoWorksRender,FeatureWorks,SolidWorksAnimator,SolidWorksToolbox,SolidWorksRoutedsystems,SolidWorksUtilities,ScanTo3D,SolidWorksTaskScheduler,CoreSolidWorksTaskScheduler,InstantWebsite,TolAnalyst,CircuitWorks,SolidWorksDesignChecker,RealViewGraphicsdisplay,ExampleFiles,Manuals,HelpFiles,English,Intel_Modules_AgeiaX86
SLDIM=1 REBOOT=ReallySuppress INSTALLWDS=1 TOOLBOXFOLDER="C:\SolidWorks Data\" OFFICEOPTION=3 ARPSYSTEMCOMPONENT=1

What in the world does this error mean? I've tried installing from the network, from the CD (v2.1) and from the CD and downloaded the latest version (4.0)
