I build ophthalmology instruments and was wondering if its possible to have 2 assemblies in one animation. What I would like to do is have a model of an eyeball that's stationary then have an assembly of one of our instruments. I would like to animate the movements of the instrument on the eyeball. Is this possible or is it a add on for solidworks? I currently have soildworks 2016
Well, its possible to put multiple assemblies into another assembly, they becomes classified as a "subassembly", the same way you make an assembly, instead of inserting a part, you insert an assembly.
