We have upgraded our machines to 64 bit xp based units, 2007 sp 5 and are having a popup message stating unknown format when opening up certain files. We do not see this message when opening the same file with our 32 bit based systems. Both systems have 2007. Out of frustration we are about to roll back the installations to 32 bit

Any ideas would be appreciated.
