Total Weldement Cuts for Multiple Assemblies

We have a bit of a problem with quantities in BOM tables when using weldment cut lists. My guy on the saw was constantly calling me saying the quantities were not correct.

Here is the problem I have recreated:

If you have an assembly with sub-assemblies which are different but have the same parts the cut lists come out perfect (see below)

But if you have an assembly with sub assemblies that are all the same, the quantities are not correct (see below).

File2.png

As you can see it shows 3 number of 1-100000 assembly which is correct but only shows the material needed for 1 number of frame.

Now obviously you could just make multiple assemblies of the same thing but this really isn't a good idea for us as there might be 100+ of one particular frame.

Is there any way we could set the BOMs to show these weldments with the actually quantity needed for the whole assembly rather than having to rely on my saw man to manually multiply the qty of assemblies x the qty of material for 1?

Any advice would be most appreciated.
