It is possible that the flat pattern isn't showing flat to screen. Open up the part and go to your flat pattern configuration and hit normal too, then hit the spacebar and make a new view called Flat, then in your drawing sheet add the flat pattern again and have it come in orientated to the new view...
Another thing to check... did you scale your part or draw it 1:1
What is the dashed hole represent in you photo; is it a spot face or counter bore? I have seen SolidWorks change the hole to match the spot face in some cases. But as Deepak suggests, please upload model if possible and what version of SW it was created in.
Can you check and make sure that dimensions is not different for folded and flatten configuration in the part. Can you attach the part file to check?
