Hello,

I am looking for a way to name our drawing files using the configuration name as the default. (instead of part/assembly name)

When you select "Make Drawing from Part" the drawing window opens and is named with the part/assembly name.

Is it possible to change this to default to the active configuration name?

Ex:(default behavior)

     part = 010203xx

     configuration name = 01020301

     drawing name = 010203xx

Ex:(modified behavior)

     part = 010203xx

     configuration name = 01020301

     drawing name = 01020301
