Long time lurker, first time poster so please be kind;

I want to create a tool bit, formed from a swept cut and a solid profile, using the solid body to form the shape of the cut.
The Path is a helix shape, but when I go to select "Profile Orientation" - "Keep normal constant" to remove twist (so the part I'm machining will still fit in the grooves formed by the cut) it doesnt work. I know this is a known solidworks issue, but does anyone know of any other way I can make this cut so that it stays normal with no twist please?
