Please put this where it belongs (SW 2016)

ok, I'm new to this (3 weeks now) so I've playing around to get stuff set up for me. Now 2 times I turned something off with out realizing it.

Each time I had to do a reset of my options. It's to do with the new feature of hovering over a line in sketch and midpoint of line would appear.

This also true in 2D. when turned off line wouldn't highlight when hover by them. take a look at attached file. unfortunately it doesn't show the cursor
