I somehow lost a few toolbox components when I was trying to make custom sizes and don't know how to get them back. I am missing the hex drive flat face set screws. I also somehow messed up the socket head cap screws and it won't let me use any size bigger than 10-32. I have looked all over for answers and cannot figure out how to get these fasteners back. It seems like everytime I try a fix it just ends up making things worse. Any help would be appreciated.
I don't have the disk to reinstall it, SolidWorks was installed before I worked here and my boss doesn't know where the disk is. Also, I am the only one who is using SolidWorks in the whole company. Do you know of any way to take one of the other set screws, say the cup point, modify it and save it as the one I want? I tried doing this and it almost worked but when I drag it into an assembly it doesn't give me the option to choose which configuration I want.

Go to McMaster-Carr ( http://www.mcmaster.com/ )and download a solid for the exact fastener you need. Note, the files from McMaster are true helixes and will slow down your drawing. It is, however, quite impressive what is available.

I haven't looked at that particular part, but you can almost certainly suppress the threads to speed things up.

It probably depends on the version you are using, but in Solidworks 2015 that I am using, you can go into the Windows Control Panel > Programs and Features, then right-click Solidworks the click change. You will eventually be given a list of items to tick off and re-install, including tool box. Just make sure all the other items are un-ticked. Do not insert your disks until a message asked for them.

What custom settings are you referring to? If it's custom templates, sheet formats, weldment profiles, etc. I'd strongly suggest saving them somewhere other than in the SW installation folders to eliminate that problem, making sure you point to the proper folders at Tools > Options > System Options > File Locations. If it's keyboard shortcuts, workspace settings, etc. you can save those settings with the Copy Settings Wizard (see #18 at Frequently Asked Forum Questions).
You can reinstall and repair the toolbox.
OR if you've exact file name, then you can use them from a different machine and overwrite yours.
