No, you can't unlink the view, but you can make another configuration of the part in the same part file. For example, you have config1 and config2 in the part file, but the drawing file views reference config1, so while you change config2 in the part file, your drawing doesn't change.
Possibility of unlink view can improve little my work...

try this if you want to unlink one of the views . just cut and paste the view to DWGEditor. then cut and paste back to solidworks drawing.
or if you want to unlink the whole drawing from the part, in the save as diag box (in the file type drop-down)select detached drawing.
