Hi Seckin,
I have experienced this issue when my laptop is plugged into a projector. The way I got around it was to restart my machine whilst it was plugged in.
This could work the same for you if is a projector/ external monitor?
Also try updating your graphics driver via the Solidworks RX tool or using this link: Graphics Card Drivers | SOLIDWORKS
Kind regards,

Windows 10?
If so, this is probably due to a known issue of Windows 10 forcing an odd repainting with every mouse click.
Try this: Right Mouse Button click on your SOLIDWORKS application icon, open Properties, and check the checkbox for "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings" on the Compatibility tab. This will disable Windows from trying to scale each display differently, and SOLIDWORKS will use the display scale setting for whichever display the application is opened on.
Hope that helps.
