Is there a way to print actual size (1:1) a 3D model from SW? should mention the 3D model from a SW pat or assembly, not from 2D dwg

Just to be clear; you are trying to print a 1:1 view of the model/assm to a paper printer, not printing a scale 3D model?
Like some have suggested you can select Print>Page setup>100%scale and Preview the output from a model /assm.
When I did the scale was close to 1:1(due to my printer) but the page focus was the center of my part/assm... and I could not change it. The view rotated fine, but was stuck showing me the center of the part, even when I placed it on the far right end or way off screen.
This may be specific to your printer more so than the software, but you should have a control that allows for 1:1 or 100% scale print. I have found they are close but not completely accurate. Draw & dimension an 8" or 10" line on a letter size sheet of paper, and use calipers to calibrate your output.
