I've been on SW2016 since release. No problems with it at all.
I decided to uninstall SW2015 to free up space on my computer. Since then I've been experiencing issues with SolidWorks.
Firstly, if SolidWorks is closed and I browse and open a file it works fine. However, if SW is already open (with parts open or not) and I browse to a folder with a part in and try and open it it seemingly does nothing. I think it's trying to open a fresh SW instance to load the file even though there is already one open. Needless to say I can't work like this.
Secondly, there are some bizarre things hapenning with fonts in drawings. In drawings my dimensions are all written in Italic and have a different font to what they had before. Things like the "<MOD-DIAM>" are displaying exactly like that, instead of converting to the symbol. When I actually save the drawing as a PDF all the text is Bold and in yet a new font.
Clearly SW is somehow confused.
Any ideas people?
Think I'd do a complete uninstall, re-install of 16.
