I've got Part A that have several features that I want to transfer to Part B
These are in Part A
I want to transfer them to Part B say a simple disc of the same diameter as in Part A.
How can I do this?
Since this is all one body it will be difficult, it can be done but will require some work. Edit the Boss-Extrude you want to move and de-select the box for "Merge result". If there's more than one you may need to edit those features also, deleting the bodies that were merged with by default and selecting which body you want to merge with. It's probably going to cause some errors you'll need to clean up.
After you get that done, right-click on the body and choose "Insert into New Part..." from the drop-down. That will create a new Part using this body which you can insert into the new Part. I rarely use this workflow, so someone else may have a better idea, but if not this should work. For the future, if you know ahead of time that you'll need to do this you can choose not to merge the bodies right away.
I've done your first part.
I'm using SW16..and I cannot find the command Insert into New Part not even with the command search
...but strangely SW 2016 help says it's there.
