What BOM template was used?

We have several BOM templates that have existed before I started here. If I open up a drawing file, how can I tell which BOM template was used in that drawing?

This is a current limitation.
Please go to the customer portal and add a vote for enhancement request; SPR#703970 Ability to change the BOM template after the BOM has been placed.
