..well, you can do it a few ways.. here is a 3d curve network using boundary.. keep tweaking.. and tweaking...

It is to difficult to control spline in 3D sketch. Do you have any tutorial to learn it?
..I do not have a tutorial... you can also try and use insert/feature/freeform if it makes it easier for you to tweak the sheets..
