Wrap failure due to non-tangent plane to face selected.

I have only been using Solidworks for a few weeks.  I am trying to wrap a slmple sketch around a revolve that is concave in the direction perpendicular to the revolve direction.  I created my sketch plane by selecting the face on which I want the wrap to occur and a point at the edge of the face that is at the desired angle.  When I try to select the face during the wrap process it states "Sketch plane should be parallel to a tangent plane on the selected face."  I have re-built the reference plane and re-created the sketch to make sure the sketch plane is tangent to the face.  It states the same thing.  Any suggestions?
