sw viewer

I have installed sw viewer on a third party computer, which does not have sw installed. The viewer opens okay ,but will not open any files,
displays: error creating instance of msxml2:

omdocument
Has anyone had this problem?

We have SWViewer on several PC's without a SW install or license and don't see this problem. Sounds like something in Windows is missing or needs updated.

  Out of curiosity, I took a look into this and found that you may need to update/reinstall MS Core XML Services:
