I want to know if with solidworks routing i can make 2 welded pipes at an angle about 30 degrees(see photo) ,without using am elbow, in a routing assembly.I searched in help but no result.

For this design you have to use weldments.
Make weldment profile of required pipe size. Sketch your route. Apply weldment member. Trim/extend edges.
On SW conference 08 was presented new method: how to use weldments for piping. Fittings and flanges in one assembly, weldments for pipe.
This will be the case.
thou you will have to put two tables on pipe spools BOM. One will be for pipes(weldment cut list). The other will be BM for fittings.
