    chamfer on angled tube

Im drawing up a tube that has a 60 deg angle on the end. This is acutally a small needle for eye surgery. My problem is that I need to put a chamfer of about 30 deg around the outside of the tube so that the inner part of the tube sticks out further then the outside of the tube. Everything that I'm trying isn't working because of the wall thickness changes because of the angled cut. How do I get a consistent chamfer all the way around?
